Tv sharp 21U25 type in power off conditions.

the search turned out to IC 701 (STR F6654), R704 (15 ohms),
optocoupler PC123, D711 (IN4148), D70 (zener 10V), D716 (15V zener) in
damaged condition.

all the above components in the dressing and tv ...... try lit the
flame green indicator light briefly hold off (not standby).
Re-search component will be undertaken at the output of the regulator, from the search results
found R780 (1K) break, R760 (470 ohms) enlarged to 67K.
